Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please note there is a minimum order value of £10
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our merchant provider HSBC. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling We are offering FREE UK POST AND PACKING Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail second class post or Standard Parcel Post depending on the size of the order.

For Orders outside the Uk within Europe we charge £2.50 unless heavy Papercraft Punches (or a particularly large and heavy order) are purchased when you will be contacted by e-mail with the actual shipping costs. For orders Worldwide please contact us for postage costs.

| Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch orders the same or next working day. Orders received over the weekend will normally be dispatched Monday. |

Any goods being returned to us must be unopened and intact, the cost of postage and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Proof of posting MUST be obtained. Notification of returns must be made in writing or by e-mail to Crafts U Do.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from written notification or reciept of goods whichever is the earlier. |
